TraitX is our vetting framework. Thousands of people apply each month. Fewer than 100 reach a live interview. Less than 1% reach a client. You watch Zoom recordings of pre-vetted candidates before you spend an hour interviewing anyone.

Living-wage pay

People stay when they're paid like the pros they are. We hire senior remote talent, mostly in the Philippines and Kenya. We set pay to a living-wage standard for each person's local market. That pulls in a different group of applicants than the lowest-bid agencies. The people we send aren't gigging between jobs. They're looking for a long-term home, and they treat your role like one.

For $495/mo per placed hire, we run the culture work most founders mean to do and never get to: team-building moments, anniversary and birthday gifts, structured holiday gifting, and the quiet check-ins that catch issues before they turn into resignations.

It's optional. Plenty of clients run all of this in-house, and that's the right call for them. But when a founder tells us they want their new team member to feel like part of the team without adding a culture lead to payroll, this is the answer.
