If we can't find your hire, we refund your deposit. Guaranteed. If we do find your hire, the deposit is credited toward the placement fee.

Who is Staffing Studio, in one sentence?

A direct-placement staffing service. We recruit and vet remote talent (junior through senior, across eight functional areas) and place them onto your team for a one-time fee. The hire works for you after that, not for us.

Where does the talent come from?

Primarily the Philippines. College educated, fluent English, working in your time zone. Most of our talent has prior experience at growth-stage companies; many have worked with Fortune 500 brands.

How fast can you actually deliver candidates?

What roles can you place?

What does the $500 deposit actually pay for?

It locks in your search slot and signals serious intent. It is fully refundable if we can't find your hire. If we do, it's credited toward the placement fee.

When is the rest of the placement fee due?

What if the hire doesn't work out?

Inside the first 90 days, we re-run the entire search at no additional charge. No conditions. After 90 days, replacement isn't included, but TraitX placements stay more than 12 months on average, so this rarely comes up.

Why is your fee 33% when other recruiters charge 25%?

Cheaper recruiters average about a six-month tenure on their placements. Our placements average more than 12 months. Run the math: the all-in cost of a placement plus a replacement plus your wasted time on the second search is lower with us. The 33% buys the difference between sticky and churn-prone.

How is this different from xFusion?

xFusion is our sister brand. They place senior remote contractors for customer support, and they manage that talent on your behalf, for a monthly service fee. Staffing Studio places direct hires across eight functions and every experience level, onto your team, and you manage them after that, for a one-time placement fee. Same vetting engine.
